Chocolate cornflake cakes topped with mini eggs are definitely one of the yummiest and easiest things to make, so as it’s Easter, I thought I’d share my recipe…


250g plain or milk chocolate – whatever your favourite is!

100g cornflakes

Bag of mini eggs

Cake cases


Line a tray with cupcake cases (this recipe should make 12)

Melt the chocolate in a bowl, set on a pan over of hot water

Once it’s all melted, remove it from the heat

Add in the cornflakes. You can add more if you have extra – just make sure the chocolate covers them all

Divide the mixture into the cupcake cases and put two or three eggs in the centre.

Put in the fridge to chill for at least an hour
